Dragon Ball Z RolePlaying Storyline

Raul was sitting in a dark room. The walls were blue and the floor had black and white alternating tiles. The floor was waxed and it was clean. The bench Raul was sitting on had a white seat and red handles on its side. Raul's head was down at the floor, thinking about his next battle. Suddenly, an announcer could be heard.

Announcer: "GOOOOOOOD MORNING. Ladies and gentleman, I present to you the worlds 1001st Martial Arts Tournament! Our first round will finally get underway. First up is a contestant who uses his mind as a weapon and his body as a shield. His logical thinking and deduction will blow you away. I present our first fighter. RAAAUUUUULLLL!!"

Raul had smiled "Guess that is my cue" He got up from his bench and made his way to the entrance of the arena. He had a serious look on his face as he stepped out onto the cheering crowd. He slowly walked towards the arena and looked around. His opponent was not there yet. He stood completely still and waited

May lived on a secluded island away from most of the world the island had lots of trees and water with fruit trees and coconuts, may occasionally left the island to check on the normal humans that were around she wore a hooded jacket when she went to the humans citys so they didn't see her ears and tail

"well let's see what is happening here today"

she ran around the city and found flyers sayin

"Think your tough? Need some cash? Bring all of it down to the tournament!!"

may took the flyer and put it into her pocket and headed towards the location on it

At the same time, in the eternal darkness of space, far away, an small object can be found. An round ball shaped astroid looking object which flys with tremendous speed, knocking off smaller astroids and makes others shatter with the impact, leaving only dust behind. The mystic object seems to have a determain course, a set destination, what will the future hold.. for Earth...

Joe walked out of a dark alley way, noticing a hooded character go by, he thought it was a bit unusual to see some one like that in the middle of the city. In the corner of his eye he noticed the tournament flier posted on the wall of a building.

"hmmm... Well I could always use the cash."

He took the flier off the wall and shoved it in the pocket on his jacket. He then made his way to the tournament arena.

Raul eagerly awaited his next opponent to step out and fight him. The crowd was getting anxious as Raul just stood there looking at the exit growing impatient. Soon a tall man could be seen walking out of the opposite arena entrance. He was 6'7" and his skin was light brown. He had a six pack and his pants were baggy. He stepped on the arena and looked down at Raul.

Man: "I will crush your tiny bones"

Raul: "Hmph, this man is fully human Well then, show me what you got.."

Raul cracked his neck as the announcer said: "The first round of the 1001th tournament begins NOW!"

Raul initiated a fighting stance. His right had four fingers touching each other and his thumb was flexed inward, touching his palm. His left hand was paned out. The palm was looking up at his face and the left side if his left hand was touching his abdomen. His legs were spread out and his eyes were focusing. The man charged at Raul with full force. He raised his fist and swung it down on Raul. Raul had superior speed so he dodged it quite easily. Raul ducked down and performed a sweeping low kick which knocked the man off his balance. The man hit the floor hard. Raul grabbed the man's arm and swung him outside the ring.

Announcer: "Uhhh....and the first round is over!"

Crowd: "Did you see that? That kid is strong!"

Raul: "Hmph, all too easy"

Joe walked into the crowd just in time to see the "fight." A large smirk appeared on his face when he saw the man win in seconds. A man came up to Joe.

Man: Did you just see that? That was unbelievable!

Joe: Sure was. Where's the bookie?

The man pointed off behind him, and Joe started running in that direction. As he got out of the crowd, he ran faster and crashed into the hooded person he saw in town earlier. They both fell to the floor. Joe immediately sat up and started rubbing the back of his head.

Joe: hey, sorry man.

He got up on his feet and held his hand out in an offer to assist the hooded person up off the ground.

Raul was dissatisfied. His opponent was way too easy. Then again, he was merely human. Raul walked out of the arena with a bored look on his face. He made his way through the crowd. He wanted to kill some time before his next match. Multiple people in the crowd constantly bugged him for an autograph

Raul: "They are easily impressed, I wonder how they will react once I step it up a notch"

He finally pushed his way through the crowd and noticed two odd creatures. One was hooded and the other was not. He slowed down his walking speed and turned his head.

She got off the ground and pushed the strangers hand away fixing herself and walking past the man without saying anything and headed away from the bookie into the stadiums crowd, as she passed the other man she gave a short glance from under her cloak and kept walking.

Joe watched the mysterious person walk into the crowd.

Joe: What's that guy's problem?

He started to turn toward the bookie, but he noticed Raul standing there. He walked over to him.

Joe: Hey! you're that guy that just won his match in seconds aren't you?

Joe reached into his pocket and pulled out a lump of cash showing it to Raul.

Joe: you see that? That is all the money I have to my name, and you see that guy over there? He's taking bets on who's going to win the tournament. Guess who's name I'm putting my money on.

Raul studied the man very carefully. Raul was confused, he thought tournaments were only for fighting. "Do people actually do other things at tournaments except for fighting?". Raul had decided to let the man do what he wants and just go outside and relax

Raul: "Do whatever you like but I plan to win this tournament"

Raul had walked away and pondered what happened. He met two very strange people today....it couldn't have been a coincidence

-ginji walks through a gap of men and runs to the sidewalk of the tournament grounds making his way into the stands-

ginji:s.so this is what the people are like here, its barbaric compared to where the women brought me up....

-lets out a depressed sigh and continues watching-

She got to the tournament stage and stood on one side of the arena waiting for her opponent to appear while she listened to the crowds wispers

Crowd: Hey who is that he is hiding in a cloak
Maybe he is hideous and doesn't want to show his ugly face around here

Her opponent entered the ring, it was a man a muscular man with black hair who wore no shirt to show off his muscles, he had black baggy pants with a gold belt to hold them up.

Man: "Im going to rip that cloak off of you and show everyone here your face"

The man charged strait at her and she side stepped and tripped the man

Man:"You dirty freak! you wont make fun of me again!"

The man was enraged and he charged at her trying to punch her but she easily avoided the humans attacks and she felt the edge of the arena as the man stopped punching and charged again

Man:"Your mine!"

The man charged at her but this time she leaped over the man and put her feet on his back and pushed down to fling him off the stage, she leap off his back and the man tripped and fell onto the grass out of the stage

Announcer:"And the winner is.. uhm, whats you name man?"

May:"..."

Announcer:"Well our winner today is the mystery man!"

The crowd was quiete and awed and just stared at the man who lost as he started cussing wildly, and she walked out of the stage to the booky and claimed the money she bet on herself and started to return to the backstage of the arena

Joe laughed as raul walked away

Joe: haha good!I was hoping you'd say something like that.

He walked over to the bookie and put all of his money on Raul. He then turned and walked to the crowd. They were all staring in awe at the arena.

Joe: What? what'd I miss?

Joe looked into the arena and noticed the hooded character that he ran into earlier.

Joe: Oh, it's that guy. So he's in the tournament eh? This should be interesting to watch.

Raul had stepped outside and sat down on the rocks. He meditated and focused. He could hear the birds chirping, the people's cheers, and the buzzing of the bug's wings. He sensed an enormous power level...and it was approaching. "...Whatever that is...it will be here in three hours...Is it hostile?.."

Raul felt uneasy and decided to go back inside. The press was outside taking numerous pictures of him and asking him inane questions. "What is your workout regiment?" "Why are you so strong?" "What is your favorite type of girl?"

Raul: "...because..."

Raul stepped back into the waiting area to await his next match

May walked out side where Raul was and stood still for a few moments and then looked into the sky as if hypnotized and she didn't move a muscle.

Joe sat in the crowd and watched the matches. They were taking much longer than the ones Raul and the mystery guy were in.

Joe: at this rate, Raul has this thing in the bag. I can already see the money I'm going to have after this.

He started staring into nothing, imagining the riches he planned on winning from placing his money on Raul's name to win the tournament.

She shook her head and looked around to see if anything had happened seeing as nothing changed while she stood there she walked back towards the areana and went back stage to prepare for her next tournament match

Raul was sitting in the tournament's waiting room waiting for his next match to start. He looked up at the ceiling as he pondered what exactly was that power he felt earlier. It almost felt familiar.

"And now ladies and gentleman, we are going to start Round 2! This match will be Raul against Turk!" the announcer shouted wildly.

Raul got up and walked silently to the tournament ring. He stepped out and heard his crowd cheering. He walked over to the stage and the announcer put his microphone to Raul's mouth. "Got any words you would like to say kid?" said the announcer

Raul: "....Enjoy the match"

She walked backstage as she heard the announcement and knew she was next after Raul took care of business, she felt happy so her tail moved around under the cloak as she waited for Raul to finish his opponent and she could step into the ring

Raul stepped onto the fighting ring and waited for his opponent. He took a stance that involved making his left hand into a claw shape. He took a step back with his right foot with his left foot in front. His right hand was aligned with his right leg and was also a claw just like his left one. "This next one has some power. I can feel it..."

A dark skinned man had stepped on the tournament arena. He was 6' feet and had light muscles. He had a long sleeved blue shirt and gray sweat pants. He faced Raul and bowed and formed the same fighting stance that Raul had used in the first round.

Raul launched himself at Turk. He punched with his left hand but Turk and blocked with his left hand. He let loose a blow with his right fist but Raul had blocked it with his right knee. Raul jumped up above Turk followed up with his left leg and kicked Turk across the right cheek. Turk had flew back but used his right hand as means to carry his body into a flip and land back on the arena floor.


Raul had performed three back flips and then disappeared. He appeared to the right side of Turk and kicked him in the gut. Turk somehow withstood the blow and grabbed Raul's leg and swung him around. He swung Raul and aimed to throw against the outside tournament wall. Turk released Raul and Raul was sent hurtling against the "Ring Out" area.

Raul had performed three aerial flips put his hands in the direction of the outside wall and fired energy from his hands. The blasts hit the outside wall and pushed him back into the arena colliding with Turk. After colliding with Turk, Raul flipped backward and landed on the far side of the arena. The crowd was shocked at what just happened. He released energy from his hands to push himself out of "Ring Out". The crowd's jaws were dropping.

Raul: "This guy is serious business. I need to finish him now."

Raul charged energy throughout his entire body. From the ends of his toes to his fingertips. He charged it up and energy balls appeared around his fists and feet. He shouted "Destruct Shot!" and teleported behind turk and punched and kicked him repeatedly. Turk was hit across the face stomach and chest and fell to the ground.

Announcer: "1...2....3...4.....5.....6.....7....8.....9...10...Turk has been knocked out! The winner is the Remarkable Raul! Would you care to explain how you did those crazy moves back there?"

Raul: "...No,"

It was at this point that Turk had got up. Raul had walked over and held out his hand.

Raul: "Good match, I hope we can fight again sometime"

Turk: "Heh, well you are way better than I am..."

Raul: "I wonder where this guy is from. He isn't all human because he possesses some strength....Hmm I suppose I will find out later.."

Raul walked out of the training arena.

May watches the match and was surprised to see someone else that could manipulate enegy like her but she said nothing as she passed raul and walked into the silent arena as the announcer announced her and her new opponent, her new opponent was a female black hair and long shirts and Pants which had a slight red color in them her name was Carly

Carly:"I'm ready it's going to be sad when you lose this match"

May looked up and Carly caught a glimps of her slanted red eyes and steeped back a little

Carly:"what the he'll? What's with you eyes?"

the crowd was confused as they could only see a red glare from under the robe

Carly:"well it doesn't matter I'm still going to win!"

Carly charged at may and she side-stepped the first attack but she seen a shineing object coming towards her face and she stepped back seeing the shineing object which was a small blade cut part of her hood and she back flipped to bring a kick to Carly's face but she already moved back, may looked for the object as they both stood there but Carly had hidden it

May:"..."

announcer:"well everyone it looks like the mysterious man may have a challenge here"

Carly:"count your self lucky you dodged the first one it won't happen again"

Carly charged may again and the shineing glimpses appeared again and Carly slashed mays cloak across the chest and cut it again on the shoulder, may grabbed carly's arm and spun around her holding carly's arm out and bringing her elbow down onto the back of carly's arm and breaking it

Carly:"ahhhh! You broke my arm!!"

may got closer and wispered into carly's ear and then launched her out of the arena

announcer:"I'm sorry folks it looks like I was wrong the mystery man wins again with no problems"

may walked out of the arena and the medical personal got onto the arena to get Carly and the audience gasped as the medical staff found 2 small blades on her

Raul had saw the match that the mysterious man had just fought. "Maybe I will have some competition after all.." Raul walked outside once again. He had felt the strange feeling that he had an hour ago.

Raul: "Whatever it is.....it will be here in two hours...The power level is huge...."

Raul sat down on the rocks and stared at the birds flying in the sky

Joe stood in awe. He couldn't have cared less about the fact that carly had blades on her, but he was amazed at the mystery man's abilities.

Joe: That was... insane! I might be starting to regret my bet.

suddenly a feeling of uneasiness over came Joe. He shook his head and stood up then made his way through the crowd.

Joe: what is this??? It doesn't feel good....

May walked outside and stood next to Raul looking into the sky and then returning back inside the arena to await her next opponent and sew up her cloak when she finished she turned and waited in the resting room of the arena for the next announcement

-roso continues watching the match and suddenly gets pushed into the arena grounds knocking a person slightly-

roso: ow ow ow ow why did he do that you meanie

fighter: whats this?!? a kid wants to play in the big league?

-roso turned around to a big muscled man and cowers a little-

fighter: hahaha challenge accepted little one i hope you are ready

-the fighter swings at roso and all of a sudden roso pushes him away to try escape but ends up pushing the fighter off the edge of the arena-

announcer: AND WE HAVE A WINNER

roso: huh? w.w.whats going on?

announcer: and the winner of this match goes to this mystery boy even though he has not signed up to fight the officials have decided to allow him to continue

roso: W.W.WHAT?!?!?! noo i dont.... dont want to

-roso cowers down and then runs off-

announcer: get him boys we need this fighter for our next match

-roso is then being chased by men around the arena-
